The website boasts 'genuine natural gemstones' but they are plastic craft gems. The item I ordered looked like something you get in a Christmas cracker. No way of returning or refunding unless you contact them via email. I've done this and all I keep getting is reply after reply asking for more detail and photos etc and still no information on how I return and get my money back. I'm glad I didn't spend more based on the photos on the website! Think I'll have to kiss my money goodbye as they don't appear to have any intention of helping me. Avoid at all costs.
