Terrible service. I ordered leaving plenty of time for the item to arrive, including the long shipping time and it still NEVER came in time. I still haven’t received my order and it’s been 25 days. I emailed and no one helped - the response was an apology but still no rush for my order to be sent.
I ordered a moissanite ring, fully aware it wasn't genuine given the price, so I wasn't overly concerned. I placed my order on December 27 and, unlike others, I did receive an order confirmation. However, after several days, I found myself waiting with no updates. I even downloaded tracking apps and paid for tracking, but as of January 10, the shipping label was only created and stuck in London, apparently near a restaurant. For those considering a purchase, don't expect an exceptional product at this price point; I haven't even received mine yet. I've had items from other platforms arrive much quicker. Be prepared for delays if you order from this service. If you're aiming for timely gifts, plan to order well in advance. To the company, if you want to improve your reviews, consider speeding up shipping options or offering faster delivery for an additional fee. I’ll reach out about my tracking number, but please work on faster shipping or consider issuing refunds. I hope for a resolution before any further issues arise. Thank you.
I ordered three pyramids, and they are absolutely stunning. I would definitely purchase from this business again. I contacted the team regarding delivery, and they responded promptly. Overall, I’m very pleased with the experience. It's hard to find shops like this!
