I even downloaded tracking apps and paid for tracking, but as of January 10, the shipping label was only created and stuck in London, apparently near a restaurant. For those considering a purchase, don't expect an exceptional product at this price point; I haven't even received mine yet. I've had items from other platforms arrive much quicker. Be prepared for delays if you order from this service. If you're aiming for timely gifts, plan to order well in advance. To the company, if you want to improve your reviews, consider speeding up shipping options or offering faster delivery for an additional fee.
