Edit: While support staff was unable to help in a timely manner, resulting in receiving some products I'd rather not and a pair of shoes that's slightly larger than I wear, the products (including the shoes) look/feel great and were delivered quite fast. I wish I could still go back in time and fix all this, but for now I'll just update the review and say I would recommend trying out their products.Order placed at 12:11am CST on July 16th, and noticed I had some items in the cart I had accidentally left there upon placing the order. To address this, I sent them an e-mail at 12:12am CST on that very same day. So just a minute later.July 18th, and nearly 19th at the time of writing this review, and I have yet to receive signs of life. The order hasn't been cancelled, my emails have gone ignored and it only now occurred to me to have a look on TrustPilot.Unfortunately, this is what happens when you allow YouTubers to influence you towards trying brands you had never heard of before.The order number was #560335, and I'm hoping we can still reach a conclusion on my request. After this sour taste in my mouth, I'd rather not receive the products and stay away from the brand. I'd prefer my money refunded and to part ways.Willing to update my review if customer support can aid in this process before further complications.
