If i could put zero stars I would. I purchased shoes months ago and when reaching out to the company in helps of getting my money back after not receiving confirmation emails and updates, they eventually left me on read (via instagram). Super disappointed and I don’t recommend.

Pretty much what everyone else is saying about their experience you order shoes with no knowledge that it’s a pre order. They told me they will ship in February. I ordered them December 11th 2025. Well it’s February and I’ve come to terms I lit 250 dollars on fire. Dogshit company. It’s shame because it’s a stylish shoe I’d love to wear. Idk how you can mess up having that cool of a product. Go buy something else would be my advice.

Ordered on 15th December, promised delivery within a week.

I placed an order on 15th December for $229 and was assured delivery within a week. There was no mention of any delays. I reached out multiple times without any response until today, when I was informed that delivery would be in March. I requested a refund and will await their reply. It appears many others are facing similar issues. The service has been disappointing, and I fear they may not last much longer.

Frustrating Experience with Delayed Shipment

I ordered shoes on November 28th, and my credit card was charged right away. I thought there was plenty of time to receive them for Christmas. I got an order number but no updates on shipping. I've sent multiple emails to the support team and left several voice messages. At this point, we can accept a late shipment, but please just communicate with your customers! This has been very disappointing, especially since this was a major gift for my son.

Order not received after over a month

I placed an order for a pair of sneakers over a month ago, and they have yet to arrive. My credit card was charged right away, but the order never showed up. I've attempted to reach out via email and phone several times but have received no replies. I'm very disappointed with the poor communication and service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Complete lack of communication from the service after placing the order.

There has been no communication from the service since I ordered. I haven't received a shipment date or any updates apart from the receipt. This has been an awful experience, particularly given the price. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand. Looks like I'm just out 250.

Extremely unsatisfactory experience.

Extremely unsatisfactory experience. I placed an order on December 10 and paid $20 for expedited shipping (2–3 days). Days went by without a tracking number or delivery. I reached out to customer support several times but received no replies whatsoever. Charging extra for quick shipping and then failing to deliver or communicate is unacceptable. The lack of customer service makes it even worse. I anticipated much more from the company. I do not recommend ordering if you need your item promptly or expect assistance.

Disappointed with the order process

I placed an order as a Christmas gift, expecting it to ship within 5-8 days as stated. However, there was no update on my order. When I inquired, I was informed that it was a pre-order and would not ship until February. This information was not provided during the ordering process, and now the item is marked as sold out. I have opened a dispute with my credit card company, as this feels like a scam.

Well-designed product, but customer service falls short.

The product is indeed well-crafted and visually appealing. However, the experience with customer service has been very frustrating. My calls and emails have not received responses, and when one item arrived in poor condition, the exchange process was so convoluted that I gave up on it. Furthermore, a second item I ordered over a month ago still hasn't arrived, and my questions about its status have gone unanswered.
