Ordered two pairs of shoes, and was charged for that order. Only one pair of shoes arrived. When I reached out to the company, I was asked to wait in the chat, and that wait ended up being almost 20 minutes. When she returned, I was told that there was a mishap with shipping and that they would be sent out. I said I'd rather have a refund, and she said she'd put in a request for a refund, that I couldn't get a refund in that moment. What?! So you took $150 from me, didn't send me the item, I had to reach out to you to see what occurred, and now you're making me wait to get my money back? Something isn't right here.Update - I got my refund and it's been reflected on my account. I'm thankful for that.
