Ordered two seperate pairs of shoes, totaling almost 600$. Received NO order confirmation whatsoever. Tried to contact repeatedly with no response at all. Like many others have said, high quality product, horrific customer service and business behavior. I have been charged TWICE with no order confirmation or shipping number. It’s as if i never ordered the shoes in the first place beyond the charge. Starting to think that I might have gotten scammed. Pretty hard to believe you can get scammed by such a big and well known corporation. The two orders were separate. After ordering the first pair, I thought that it was a one off situation and I could get another pair in the meantime before I resolved the issue. But like I said above we received no order confirmation AGAIN. Please help with this. The second date was July 9th
