I ordered two pairs of Oliver Cabell shoes, each costing $200. I was hoping to find the right fit, so I ordered two sizes—but neither pair was comfortable, and I ended up returning both right the next day. When I tried to track the return, the link provided by the company showed no information tied to the tracking number. I reached out to customer service, and it took them 5-7 days to reply. By that point, I had already confirmed that the return had been delivered to their warehouse two weeks earlier. They claimed my return was “damaged” and refused to issue a refund. I know for a fact that both pairs were returned in excellent condition—unworn and carefully packed. It felt like they were making up excuses to avoid processing my refund.Only after I pushed back and sent a direct email did they respond again—this time saying they “double-checked” with the warehouse and that the shoes were actually fine. Still, they only offered store credit, which I declined, because I have zero intention of ever buying from them again. For a company selling “premium” shoes, their customer service and return policies are anything but.Buyer beware.
