Horrible, horrible customer service especially when itt’s to cancel a yet-to-be delivered order. I made 3 “cancel & refund” request and each time they email (you cannot call any of the brick & mortar stores about online orders) me with yet another suggestion or even “ I'd be happy to also provide free jewelry or clothing of your choice should you wish to keep the order or switch to another style”.
