Do not do business with this company! I ordered my first pair of shoes from them end of May, I received the shoes, however, they do not fit and I need to size up. I have sent three different emails to "support" because they do not have live customer service agents, or anyway to easily Perform a return. /exchange. It's been three weeks and I'm still awaiting a reply so I can just exchange the shoes for a larger size. Still, no word and no response from them except for a computer generated automated response. Oliver Cabell, if you truly want to retain customers, stand by your brand, to do the right thing and be more responsive! It's not like these shoes were super cheap, I actually splurged on them. I would really appreciate you making this right with me. In the meantime, if you're considering buying from this company, do not!
