Shoes are fine, about what you’d expect for the price. The experience is miserable. All the effort goes into marketing. Ordered early August, then spent almost three months chasing up that order. Nothing on the site concerned new releases and shipping being months later, but that’s the line when nothing turns up for a while. Customer service is prompt (ish) but you get the feeling they’re used to dealing with unsatisfied customers. Definitely not worth the hassle and I get exactly why their Trustpilot rating is below mediocre.
