Dear Oliver Cabell Team,I’m writing to express my disappointment with my most recent purchase after being a loyal customer for many years. I’ve always been impressed with the quality of your shoes, but this time, my experience has been frustrating from start to finish.After placing an order for the wide version of the shoes, I received no shipping notification for several days. When I reached out, I was informed that the wide shoes wouldn’t be available until January — a detail that was not mentioned on your website at the time of purchase, but was only added later. After several emails, I managed to switch to the regular width, but now that I’ve received them, I am incredibly disappointed with the quality.The shoes feel nothing like the ones I’ve purchased in the past. They are lightweight, feel cheaply made, and lack the premium craftsmanship I’ve come to expect. The interior materials feel subpar, the leather on the outside feels more like plastic, and overall, they don’t resemble the high-quality shoes I’ve loved over the years.I’m deeply saddened by this decline in quality and I’m left questioning why these changes were made. Unfortunately, after this experience, I’m not sure I will continue to purchase from Oliver Cabell in the future.
