I ordered a pair of shoes for my wife on 04-01-24 and still have not received them five months later (as of 09-05-24). I contacted them to cancel the order about three weeks ago, and, after 16 emails back and forth, they still haven't refunded the purchase. Instead, they keep trying to sell me other shoes or provide discounts on other pairs, even after I've clearly told them I'm only interested in a refund. Their customer service is unbelievably unhelpful and keeps stalling on providing a refund... not what you expect for a company selling $300 pairs of shoes.
