I wish I researched the review section before placing an order!I would have found out that they actually don’t have customer service, but some sort of a weird system (bots),and then when you finally get an answer it is from different people and they all try to push the sale hard, to avoid returns and refund!!They charge return fee!The return fee is $75!!!I had to wait several days for response from them!I requested a refund 5 days ago and there’s no response.Dead silence, all replies have stopped completely, and no refund in sight!!!!If I don’t receive my refund in the next few days, my next move is dispute the charge with the CC company!Stop embarrassing yourselves and digging a deeper hole!Refund my money ASAP!!!!To answer your reply:I don’t want the shoes, I want a refund, so stop justify your actions and refund my money!!!!
