Very very very surprising and shocked to see your solution to my issue- which is to hide the mark on the shoes (a defect in the product that I received) with my shoelaces just so that no one can see it?? Great solution to the problem and clearly indicates your company's value in solving customers issues. Unfortunately I don't like to HIDE and if I've paid more than AUD $350 for your product, I expect it to be 100% without any defects!
