This is my first purchase from this company and so far we are not off to a great start... I have submitted two tickets (once via email and one through the online form on the website) + a message on your Twitter account. It's day 3 and still no reply. I ordered the Low 1 Daybreak as a birthday gift to myself. During the checkout, it automatically added a $15 "Shipping Protection" fee which I found odd since these are sneakers you're shipping not a box of breakable glassware. I promptly removed the option and mysteriously after I paid, I realized at some point it readded the fee back. I immediately emailed to request the refund of this charge OR to cancel my order so I could place a new order (if it isn't possible to refund the single fee). Again, no response. So what gives? First impressions are important and so far you're failing hard. Reading through the other frustrated/angry customer reviews doesn't help either but I'm willing to be patient and to reverse my review if someone would contact me to assist. Thank you, I'm still holding out hope but the clock is ticking...
