Dishonest Company, Defective ShoesI ordered Oliver Cabell shoes expecting premium quality. What I got were defects: identical black marks on both shoes, caused by shoelace tips pressing in the box. Instead of owning up, customer service tried to pass this off as “part of the design.” That’s not honest—it’s deceptive. For a so-called luxury brand, this is unacceptable. Poor quality, dishonest service, overpriced. I’ll never buy again, and I strongly warn others to stay away.
