Purchased a pair, they sent me a damaged pair. I asked them to refund me completely and they denied my request / ignored my emails for months. I finally got a return offered after calling my bank and filing a claim against them, to which they had to reply. They offered to give me store credit only after the claim. I emailed them for days when they had an active promotion discounting their products and they only provided me with the code after the sale ended. I finally was able to order the same shoe that was sent over damaged and they sent me a demo prototype version of the shoe, and had the balls to tell me that it's the same version! They are uncooperative, petty liars and code their website to remove all one-star reviews.
