I’ve been a loyal Olive Cabell customer, buying THREE pairs of $200 shoes just this year alone. Unfortunately, after my latest experience, I will NEVER buy from them again.I ordered a pair of navy laces from their website, but what they sent me is dark grey—nothing like the product they advertise. I sent them multiple images comparing: • The laces they sent me vs. the actual navy laces I purchased from Amazon (which perfectly match my shoes). • Their product photos on the website vs. the reality.These images clearly prove they sent me the wrong color, yet they’ve been treating this like something they need to “contemplate forever” instead of fixing it. No urgency. No action. Just silence and delay.For a company charging premium prices, this lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable. I’ve supported them with hundreds of dollars, but after this, I’m done. Buyer beware—don’t expect them to stand behind their products when they mess up.
