This has to be the biggest joke of a company I’ve ever bought online from! Purchased sneakers, the insoles for them and a necklace. The sneakers didn’t ship for 3 weeks, after finally getting in touch with someone after many tries, I finally received a response that the insoles weren’t in stock, so they held back the shipment of the shoes. I told them to go ahead and ship the sneakers and necklace and ship the insoles once received. They shipped the sneakers, but no necklace. I got back in touch with them, and they said because I didn’t purchase shipping protection, that they couldn’t verify if they didn’t ship me the necklace or not. I asked them to send me a packing list proving that they sent me the necklace and sneakers, and they would never send it. These people are absolute crooks, and also on top of this still haven’t received the insoles after 2 months!! Never again, Oliver Cabell, and I will make sure nobody I know orders anything from you. I’m in the customer service industry, and you guys absolutely top the list of terrible customer service companies!! This is the first online review I’ve also ever written on a merchandise company, I have a real hard time giving people bad reviews, but the fact is other people may get saved from having this same terrible experience, so I believe it’s necessary!
