I bought the shoes for an address in Virginia that my husband visited for a conference. I bought express delivery for an extra cost of 19 dollars. The shipment was delayed (my husband had to fly home to Sweden). I was in contact with Oliver Cabell who referred me to UPS which cannot be contacted and when you do get contact, it's standard responses that don't lead to help. A day and a half after the delivery time, the package is delivered to the wrong address. I don't understand how that is possible? We had hope to get the shoes to Sweden since a college of my husband promised to take them. But they deliver to a person at an adress with ompletely wrong zip code. I get no help from either Oliver Cabell or UPS. I feel so cheated. My son had been saving up for these shoes for a long time.
