Ordered a pair of shoes that were not listed as out of stock, but were. Totally fine. However, I have been asking over over a week to cancel. The first response asked why I was cancelling. The second response asked if I wanted a discount. The third response the said they were forwarding it to the appropriate team. However, I’ve been emailing “support” the whole time. Wouldn’t support have the ability to cancel my order?At this point I’ll be submitting a claim to my credit card company as this has been over a week of extremely poor response time and customer service.
