worst experience

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with this brand. I ordered my boyfriend a pair of shoes in MARCH for his birthday in April. Initially, they were going to ship in April. I received no news or anything and of course they did not ship in April, so I emailed them. They told me that they would ship in May. Of course they did not ship in May, so I emailed them again and was told that they would ship in June. Now, I emailed them for the 10th time and got told that they would ship in July. They are straight up lying to me. I just asked to cancel my order. How is this possible?! The worst part is, I don’t even get updates or anything on my order, I have to email them each time and get a response days later just saying another lie. It is evident that this is not a serious or transparent company. I was genuinely excited to gift my boyfriend these shoes, but now learned that I would never buy anything from them again.
