I recently purchased a pair of sneakers for my husband & when they arrived, they were the wrong size. I wrote to customer service & Julie was responsive right away. She was very happy & eager to help me through my exchange. She was communicative throughout the whole process, and was very sweet about it all. The exchange was easy, she sent a prepaid label to print, & processed the exchange order once the return was in transit. I appreciate her for being thorough & efficient. It's rare to get such great customer service these days, so it was refreshing that the quality of the customer service matches the quality of their products.
