We had a wonderful just an amazing experience with OC customer service. Originally, bought Jabber High sneakers and had an issue with the size. Had to ship the shoes multiple times back and forth until we found the ideal size. Throughout this process, customer service was nothing but helpful and made us feel welcome and appreciated as customers of their product.
