Terrible. Zero customer service. False advertising practices and scammy underhandedness. I ordered shoes and was then notified they were out of stock. I agreed to wait a few weeks for the next shipment, which turned into a few months. I wrote to request a refund and they denied my refund. They said they’d give me store credit - mind you - for the inventory mistake they made. I wrote again and said I’d like a full refund as they never had my item in stock to begin with. A girl wrote me back and told me, unbelievably, that they were having a company wide meeting- ready - REGARDING MY RETURN. OMG. It’s a return! Why are you having a meeting about it. I called my bank and had them reverse the funds, at which point Oliver Cabell stalked me for months to get my money from shoes they never had in stock, and never got in stock!!Seriously? You now want me to post my full name? I spent 8 months trying to get my refund from you people. I got offered $20 to choose something else just so OC wouldn’t have to do the return. To the point your management sounded like it didn’t have money to eat. I spoke with 5 different people, was hounded by multiple customer service reps and the customer service manager. Even after I involved my bank the CS manager continued to hound me to give you back MY money for goods you NEVER SHIPPED and even admitted you NEVER HAD IN STOCK!!!! What are you possibly going to do now? You just want to look good in front of customers checking your legitimacy? Shame on you!
