DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I would recommend that customers never order from a company that can only be reached via email. That says everything about their customer service. Ordered sneakers for a Christmas present on November 27, 2023. Paid for expedited shipping (1-2 days). Still have not received the shoes. The tracking number provided is fake. I reached out and still have yet to get a response. I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering. I now will have to dispute the charges and still will not have the Christmas gift.
