Wish I could give 0 stars. Never have I ever had such a poor experience with a store and their customer service. The Oliver Cabell website doesn't even let me put my review so they remain at the bogus 5 star rating they have (warning don't trust those reviews). I bought Low 1s early August 2023 and they had to be shipped to Canada from the States which i didn't realize at the time so I had to pay Duties on top of the already expensive shoes. This would have been fine had I gotten the right size but their websites sizing is definitely off and they were clown shoes for me. So I tried to return them. Their return policy is amongst the worst I have ever seen for those outside of USA. Option 1 receive store credit equal to the current value of the dollar (which was less than I bought the shoes for) and option 2 return them but have to pay shipping fee, and get less than the value I purchased the shoes for to cover shipping costs for them, and in my case duties once more. So I was losing money on my purchase either way, had I gone with option 1 and try to correct the size I would have to pay duties again and make up for the difference in the lost purchasing power of the CDN $, in short $100+ to hope I get the right size. If the size again wouldn’t fit me I would be back to my original dilemma. So I figured best to cut my losses and chose Option 2 and be upset with losing $100+ for nothing. Luckily enough for me I was able to figure out a way to ship from USA since I live on a border city to avoid duty fees. But since then its been 2 weeks since they have received the shoes and I am still waiting on a refund and their customer service rep takes 24-48 hours to respond to any and all questions. For a online retailer you would think they would have their customer service dialled in as that is a must when you are online only. Dreadful experience will never recommend ever. Maybe if I live in the states it would be different but absolutely not viable if you are outside of their operating zone.Response to Oliver Cabell: I do not want to share my email on here as I get enough spam as it is.
