I received a defective pair of shoes. I sent photos to the 'customer service' team and they simply refused to accept it was defective and process a refund. The customer service is absolutely terrible, worst service, product and outcome from any online business I have had.If you have any issues with this company (which I can see many do from the terrible reviews), submit a complaint to the North Dakota attorney general, as these are laws they are governed by.Here is the link (provided in three sections as trust pilot does not allow links):https://attorney general.nd.gov/consumer-resources/general-complaint/REPLY TO THEIR REPLY:A template sorry response, from the pathetic customer service team. Your actions or lack over 6-7 emails speaks more than any generic response to attempt to save face. I’m contacting the attorney general to dispute this.
