From 4 to 1 star. Fradulent business model

This is my second review, I wrote a positive a short while ago which you can still find below. Overall, I ordered 5 pairs of Low1s, and was happy with the experience until I got the recent defective one: a leather tag behind the right heel was stitched weirdly which totally misshaped the back of the sneaker giving it a completely different appearance as compared to the left sneaker. The right one was also very uncomfortable to wear so this pair is unwearable. Also, the distressing on two sneakers was not the same, each shoe had a different tint. I mailed all the photos I could to the support. Their initial response was that they saw no problem at all, the shoes were hand made and still wearable, but offered me a 30 USD rebate if I agreed to keep the pair. I still insisted on a return, their response was still no issue no fault despite my photos but this time offered a 50 USD rebate if I kept the pair. They just boldly kept denying the obvious quality faults of their item. I lost over USD200 on this pair, and do not want anything to do with them anymore. All the more so that I knew that they never grant the rebates they promise even here on Trustpilot. Their response to my previous (then positive) review included an offer to give me a rebate on my next pair, but no response at all when I tried to claim it. Their whole business model is fraudulent being based on pushing their goods to customers regardless of their quality, and then refusing to take any responsibility for it. They also do not follow up on anything they promise here, it is all bovine feces as my experience shows. Please do not trust any kind of good words or promises of theirs you see here. They are unmatched in their ability to erode even the loyal customer base they manage to build however small it may be. Your chances of getting a defective item and losing your money are about 20% as my experience shows, so it's up to you to decide if you want to play this lottery where you can only lose. They will deny the obvious in case of an issue, gaslight the customer and make his or her life difficult. Crappy company, despicable business model. Shame!
