In addition, could you kindly explain why the website states that it should be shipped within 5-7 days? I'm a bit confused on the discrepancy. While I have yet to reach the delivery timeframe, I'm not pleased with the difficult and cloudy shipping/tracking information. I was instructed to download the Shop app to track it, but the app doesn't let you. I've written several emails as of today, to no avail. Again, I am still not within that time frame. I ordered the Vegan chalks and am expecting them to come in latest by the 8th, with some wiggle room.It's quite scary to see the multitude of negative feedback and ratings in regard to customer service. I really hope that they are not true or at least hyperbolized. My order number is 407025. I would appreciate someone's prompt attention. Thank you.
