Purchased a shoes in Dec 2021 and returned in Dec 21. After many many months of attempting to contact Oliver Cabell I was finally refunded in Dec 2022. In Jan 21, an ee acknowledged that the shoes had been returned and so did shipping company. There is no customer service number. Will never buy again and encourage people to give their bs to another company. Had i not been diligent about wanting my refund I would have NEVER gotten. Aside from emails I also commented on their Instagram and still no one got in touch with me. Worst experience ever.Read you response. Absolutely NOT TRUE. I tried multiple times to get in touch with OC to include commenting on Instagram and no one ever got back to me. Was told by OC that shoes were returned but sitting in warehouse with goods from other companies. Not my problem. Should have been immediately refunded. It’s only bc I kept the original email that I was able to reconnect. OC has horrible customer service. No phone service so that a customer can call and speak with someone. I’m furious that you would even consider putting this on me. Pay better attention to your Instagram. People “liked” my comments so others have had the same experience. Do better OC.
