I have ordered 5 pair and loved them until now. One pair that I’ve had less than a year have worn through the back heal. I have 100+ pair of shoes and these are not my daily wears. I contacted customer service and offered to send them pictures of the defective pair. They weren’t even interested in seeing them. This tells me that they are probably well aware of the defect; therefore, have no need to see a photo. Instead, without any info, they blamed me for the defect. It’s my fault because I don’t take good care of my shoes. They were even kind enough to provide a link so that I could purchase a leather shoe cleaner kit; talk about insulting. You would think that when a 5 time repeat customer informed them of a defective shoe they would jump through hoops to mitigate the situation. They offered no assistance, refund, or exchange. At the minimum I would expect a 50% discount for purchasing a replacement pair. I expect better when I pay $250+ for a pair of shoes. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! You might get the next one.
