I made an order that ships a month later. I changed my mind before it ships and simply asked to cancel and refund me. They didn’t get back to me for 2 days after the initial email so I sent them the request through Paypal to get their attention. They responded and tried to convince me to switch to something in stock. I said thanks and that I wanted a refund. After one day They sent me another email to convince me (AGAIN) to switch. I got frustrated and again I sent them a message through PayPal. They eventually refunded me. The response process for this simple request took a week, usually takes a day with other sellers. Definitely I will steer clear from this seller in the future no matter how much I like their products.
