Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered a chain necklace in December but never received notification it had shipped. I emailed them and they said my shoes would ship in February. I explained that I had ordered a chain. They said that would ship in March. I asked for a refund and they offered different chains. I chose one and they sent a bracelet. I asked again for the chain. Shoot me.
