Wow!, What a horrible experience dealing with a deceiving company such as Oliver Cabell. I ordered in December a pair or the Michael cable bracelets and they were so cheaply made, low level quality! Like made in China!, they didn’t screw all the way and they felt out of my wrist, so I sent them back, they gave me store credit, I said fine, I ordered some white sneakers, arrives as women’s sneakers!, sent them back via FedEx, they received the return on January 6th and the customer service just playing games with me, that they haven’t located the package yet! BS!, I had to file a dispute through Affirm and escalate the issue. After almost a month they replied back saying they will not issue my refund because there’s a dispute with Affirm!… Just a shady type of company! Do yourself a favor and buy your shoes elsewhere. This is not worth it!
