Do not buy shoes from this company. The shoes arrived as expected but I needed to return them since they were uncomfortable. FedEx tracking confirms the shoes were delivered to their facility. It has been a month and a few emails. Today they replied, “the shoes haven’t been processed yet even though FedEx says it’s been delivered. Please be patient”. The website also states returns will occur 15-20 business days after the shoes have been determined returnable. It’s well past the time frame and they haven’t “processed” the shoes. Unacceptable.
