I ordered some shoes from you guys in 2021 and wore them out and they made my feet bleed. I reached out to customer service requesting an exchange for a different pair of shoes (seemed reasonable) and was promptly told "there was nothing they could do." Being a consumer of many things, I can say with 100% sincerity that your company has by far the worst customer service I've ever encountered.
