So, I ordered some shoes, got charged but barely heard about shipping, etc. Was not sure they were coming. Came 45-60 days later. I had by then bought some other shoes and was traveling when they came. I missed the 30 day window to return and then had to take 10 photos and wait a few weeks to get approval to send back for store credit. Not a user friendly experience, unclear policy. I won't order again.
