Very slow shipping time. The confirmation email said 5-7 days but it took over a month for the shoes to arrive. When they did, they had scuff marks on both toes, which is apparently intentional "hand distressing by Italian artisans" but was not obvious on the site, or what my wife wanted in brand new expensive shoes.
