At purchase I was informed my order would ship 5-7 Buisness days. After 20 days and multiple inquires to customer service the status of my order has gone unanswered. Now almost 3 months on I have yet to receive my order. I’m very disappointed with my experience with Oliver Cabell both in advertisement, communication, and service. There is no system to check on the status of an order outside of an email. No way to cancel an order without emailing customer service. While there is a system that communicates which shows are in stock it’s clearly misleading or not connected to actual stock.The company should adjust their system to let people know whether items are in stock or not so they don't create false expectations that goods will arrive on time. There should also be a shorter processing time for refunds and customer service portal which allows the customer to communicate with the company and see the status of their order.
