Ordered and paid for 2 pairs received one and 5 months later I received my money back on the second pair per my repetitive requests for either the shoes or a refund. A company should never take a customers money without a product. I had to ask multiple times with a customer service person not wanting to give it. My son likes the shoes and wanted a pair for my husband but with such poor service why would I order more?
