I purchased a pair of Low 1 Royals a few months ago. The shoes are extremely stiff and uncomfortable. I've worn them several times, but they just don't seem to get any better. After a night out, I'm always relieved to take them off and give my feet a break.I decided to write a review about this on their website. I immediately received a confirmation email to verify my email address in order to complete my review submission, which I did. However, since the review wasn't posted, I contacted their support team. They replied, "According to our team, it may take up to 30 days for the reviews to be posted on our website."Now, 40 days have passed, and my review still isn't live. Not only do I have very expensive uncomfortable and stiff shoes, it also seems impossible to post a critical review on their website. I highly recommend avoiding this brand at all costs.
