Kept emailing back and forth. Eventually gave up. Never got the shoes. The track and trace as well as the employees said "delivered" although I never received them. Then they said they were going to fix it but did not keep me updated, only responded when I myself reached out. Never got the package, figured it wasn't worth my time.
