Bad fit and return policy. The return policy is horrible. I wore the shoes and they damaged my feet immensely and they saw the photos and have left me stuck with two pairs of poorly fitted shoes that I have no use for. Hundreds of dollars down the drain because their return policy is not great. It’s best to support businesses that can truly stand behind their product. Plus, despite the PR response below there’s zero empathy just optics for this company. Beware. They’re just words.
