Purchased white sneakers for my adult son- within a month stitching on back started coming apart. Contacted customer service via email multiple times and they were completely unwilling to do an exchange(shoes less than one month old at the time). Photos of shoe sent showing the stitching unraveling but company did not care at all. No live phone customer service number just email. Absolutely do not stand by their products and I will never make another purchase from this company again.
