I ordered these shoes as a Christmas gift in 2021. We sent several emails which went both unanswered or answered with empty promises. My son finally resorted to Instagram and ended up corresponding with the company owner. Finally after much frustration they arrived in February 2022. Even this request for a review arrives late. Nice product but they have to get their production in check. Based on this reason alone I will not be a repeat customer.
