Bought white shoes, got an early yellow discoloration along the rubber sole. This was my third pair of OC’s. Contacted them, not asking for a refund, but for help and/or tips on how to get my only-worn-twice-white shoes looking good again. Got no tips, but a condescending reply on how they would or could not take responsibility for this and that I was too late (I was - been a few months since purchase, hence not asking for exchange/refund). Not daring to buy OC again, in case something isn’t perfect. Happy with my previous two pairs.
