I wanted to exchange my shoes for a size less and I have been unable to do so. The website does not allow exchanges, only returns, and I did not get a clear answer in the mail when I asked. Now I had to return the shoes and ask for a gift card instead of a refund because otherwise I lost $35 in fees. So now I have to pay double shipping again when I buy my new shoes which is a bundle.
