I ordered a pair online and package got lost

I ordered a pair online, the package was delivered to the wrong building in New York but Oliver Cabell didn't do anything about it. I had to go to the store in SoHo, NY to buy another pair immediately because I needed for a gift in time for Christmas. In total, I had to buy 2 pairs of GAT, which is already the price of Maison Margiela. I was an early supporter of this brand, but after this poor experience, I will never buy anything from this brand again!
